About the Business
It is the realisation of a long-standing dream of ours, and using our combined experience and knowledge as nutritionists and kinesiologists, we are passionate about helping people to achieve good health, wellbeing and vitality.
As well as one-to-one consultations, you should know that we run a unique and sought-after weight loss group, called Waistwatchers, and also hold specialist health clinics such as fertility, and children's health, among others and you can always learn more with our cookery demonstrations and talks. We are both members of the professional bodies BANT, NTC, CHNC and ASK and fully covered by insurance.
